Camps, Clinics and Tournaments

Mountain Biking

Race through the beautiful scenery of the local trail systems, including the Michigan Tech Trails, Maasto Hiihto/Churning Rapids, Swedetown, Copper Harbor MTB Trails, Chassell Recreation Trails, and miles of logging roads. Gain experience at your own pace as you develop riding skills, get training ideas, learn race strategies, and set goals. Under the guidance of professional coaches, you’ll grow into an adventurous biker on some of the coolest single-track trails in the Midwest.

Camps are coordinated by Joe Haggenmiller, head coach of the Michigan Tech Cross Country, Nordic Skiing, and Track and Field teams. Champion rider and guest instructor Brian Matter will also be on hand to help you reach your full biking potential.

Push yourself with exciting rides as you explore some of the awesome Keweenaw outdoors—forests, trails, hills, water, rock formations, and more.
