Introduction to Log Rolling (Ages 8-14)

Registration and payment can be completed online, by phone at 906-487-2073, or at the SDC Ticket Office. A parent or guardian must sign a SDC waiver of liability, OAP waiver and concussion awareness form prior to participation. You will receive an admission ticket to present to your instructor on the first day of class.

Join the OAP for our first youth log rolling classes in the SDC Pool. Yes, log rolling! We will provide all instruction and materials, you just need to be able to swim at least 25 yards (one length of the pool) unassisted, and have your own swimsuit and towel. We will be in the water between 4-9 feet deep, with lifeguards on duty during the event. We will work with each participant to get up and rolling on the log before the class ends. This is a great sport that focuses on balance, foot speed, reaction, concentration and focus. Maximum of 10 participants per session.
