Registration and payment can be completed online, by phone at 906-487-2073, or at the SDC Ticket Office. Participants must sign a waiver of liability prior to participation. You will receive an admission ticket to present to your instructor on the first day of class.

This class focuses on all the prime movements to build your TRX foundation. Build cardio and muscular endurance while improving flexibility and balance. Perfect for those new to the TRX suspension trainer. Class size is limited.

About the Instructor

Emily Johnson

Emily Johnson has been active her entire life. From mountain biking, yoga, canoeing, and everything in between, Emily loves the thrill of an active lifestyle. She began teaching spin classes in 2011 which is where her love of teaching fitness began. She became certified to teach TRX in 2013 and hopes to add more certifications to her resume in the near future. Emily believes fitness is for everyone, you just need to start where you are.
