All Levels Flow Yoga (Levels 1-3)

Registration and payment can be completed online, by phone at 906-487-2073, or at the SDC Ticket Office. Participants must sign a waiver of liability prior to participation. You will receive an admission ticket to present to your instructor on the first day of class.

All levels yoga classes are a great fit for beginners and experienced yoga practitioners alike! Our certified instructors will structure classes to fit all levels and guide you through a practice linking the breath, body and mind.

About the Instructors

Joan Kero
Joan Kero is a Yogafit certified instructor with certifications in pre- and postnatal yoga and anatomy and alignment. She has taught HuskiesFit Programs and senior yoga for 12 years. She holds a bachelor’s degree in elementary education and has studied applied kinesiology, sports psychology, intuition, and the body/mind connection.  Joan enjoys reading, exploring natural health, and enjoying the outdoors.
 
 
Beth Ryynanen
Beth Ryynanen is a graduate of Northern Michigan University and is certified in Yogafit and yoga props. She has taught a variety of yoga classes over the past seven years, ranging from gentle yoga with chair support to P.E. yoga classes at Michigan Tech. She brings a passion for whole body health and fitness and years of natural health study to her teaching.
