Zumba

Latin/international music and dance moves combine to create a fun and energetic aerobic routine that offers a great cardiovascular workout and helps tone the body and increase endurance. Zumba is upbeat, social, and easy to learn, making it an awesome workout for dancers and non-dancers alike!

  • Thursday, 12:00-12:50 p.m. with Cindy (begins November 2)

Enrollment is rolling, walk-ins are welcome. So please join us anytime!

Registration and payment can be completed online, by phone at 906-487-2073, or at the SDC Ticket Office. After payment is received and release waiver is signed, you’ll receive a punch card or admission ticket to present to your instructor at each class.


About the Instructors

Cindy Crabtree has been a Zumba instructor since October 2012 and an Aqua Zumba instructor since October 2013. In 2015, she added PiYo and Zumba Kids! to her lineup. Her most recent addition is Zumba Step, which began in Spring 2016. She is currently working toward becoming a personal trainer and is always looking for more ways to expand her qualifications in Zumba specialty programming.

 

Allison Neely

Allison Neely has been a certified Zumba instructor since December 2015 and an avid Zumba student since she began taking classes in 2010. Passionate about fitness, Allison is excited to share her love of dance fitness with others and create a fun, energetic, and motivating class for participants of all abilities. She is currently working toward an American Council on Exercise (ACE) certification and adding Zumba specialty programming to her repertoire.
