One on One Therapeutic Yoga

Have you been letting an ailment or old injury keep you from exercising or fully functioning in your daily tasks? We have all heard the benefits of yoga from our doctors and friends. If attending a group yoga class is not for you, we have the solution.

One on one Therapeutic Yoga is a one on one session with a certified yoga instructor that will spend time with you going through some postural analysis screening and functional movement assessments to determine where your strengths, limitations and imbalances may be. Then together, we create weekly exercises/asanas that will bring more balance, strength and stability to your body. We take a holistic approach as we focus on improved health and well being through the practice and application of yoga.

One on One Therapeutic Yoga Goals

The goals in our 6-week session are to have you:

  • Find more freedom from pain
  • Learn breathing techniques to relieve stress on your mind and body
  • Improve your range of motion in areas of limitation
  • Prepare you to get into a regular yoga or exercise routine
