There will be 30 minutes of calorie crushing cycling, mixed with 15-20 minutes of full body toning - legs, arms, and abs. Spin & Pump is intended to be a fun, energetic, and heart-pounding cardio workout great for all ages and fitness levels. This class is designated to be at your own pace, but you will gain motivation by high energy music, your trainer and peers. You’ll experience a highly effective, total body workout that uses a calculated mixture of endurance and interval drills to optimize fat burn and muscle toning. Please secure a spin bike, a mat, and a set of dumbbells at the beginning of each class. The instructor will help you to choose a desirable weight depending on the day's exercise circuit for the abs & arms portion. Class size is limited.
