Join Natasha for a calorie-scorching workout that fuses power yoga with cardio-intensive bursts + dance + strength + conditioning + deep abdominal toning. Enrollment is rolling and walk-ins are welcome.
Structured similarly to a regular Buti Yoga class, Buti Flow is still challenging. However, we're eliminating the plyometrics and focusing more on power yoga flows, spirals, deep abdominal toning and some low intensity dance. This class will leave you sweaty and wanting more!
