Hatha Yoga

Registration and payment can be completed online, by phone at 906-487-2073, or at the SDC Ticket Office. Participants must sign a waiver of liability prior to participation. The SDC is not responsible for lost or stolen property. Please do not leave valuables unattended.

Move Yourself with Alexandra

Connect with your breath and enjoy a flowing sequence. This class will energize your body, strengthen your core, stretch your muscles to increase flexibility, and leave you relaxed and completely satisfied. This class is appropriate for all students. Expect occasional hands-on alignment and pranayama practice.

About the Instructor

Alexandra Holmstrom

Alexandra Holmstrom is a 500-hour Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) with Yoga Alliance. She first began practicing yoga with Indian gurus during her travels in South America, Asia, and Africa. Over the past 15 years, she has taught traditional Hatha Yoga, Vinyasa Flow Yoga, Alignment-Oriented Yoga, Gentle Yoga, and Ashtanga Yoga. Alexandra is a Nutritionist with a degree from the University of Maryland. She brings her passion, knowledge, and experience with healthy living to enhance her classes for a fulfilling experience.
