This high-powered workout for all fitness levels will push you through a fast and effective mix of strength, conditioning and core training. Burn fat, build stamina, and sculpt your body! Classes use kettlebells, TRX suspension training, resistance bands, and body weight.


Spin Strong

Join Heather for a high intensity, fun filled ride that will take us through flat roads, sprints, hill climbs and more. We will finish off each class with a short but intense strength training session to build muscle and burn fat.

TRX + Total Body Conditioning

Build your muscular strength and endurance, flexibility, balance, and cardiovascular system with this all levels TRX + total body conditioning class. This class will focus on all muscle groups and be a mix of TRX suspension training, bodyweight training, dumbbell, bosu balls, name it - fun new exercises every week! This class will push your limits and leave you feeling accomplished! All exercises can be modified to suit your unique fitness needs.
